In this role, you will ensure employee compliance to all health, safety and environmental program that includes a zero accident culture, and conforms with all company standards and local/national regulations.

In this role, the selected candidate will lead a group of mechanical engineers designing mechanical systems of automated machinery designed and built for customers in manufacturing, packaging, food and beverage production, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, organize and present new employee orientation programs designed to project then plant's positive employment philosophy; ensure that the employees fully understand the conditions and benefits of their employment.
The role is fairly straightforward in regards to PMs, maintenance budget, people management, vendor management, and keeping your machines up and running. Expect to conduct general training on PM and safety (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will lead all manufacturing sites efforts to ensure customer quality performance expectations and requirements are effectively managed; lead implementation of customer requirements at the manufacturing sites including coordinating/leading customer visits and acting as liaison with vendors to ensure their products meet the needs of the company & customer requirements.
