In this role, you will works in concert with the director of marketing communications, fellow departmental marcom specialists and managers, graphic & web designers, product managers & engineers to support and assist in the introduction of new lighting controls programs.
This position will include analyzing and interpreting sales/profit, end user and competitive data to support daily decision-making. This position is a key partner to the sales and the product teams to drive significant business growth and will work with channel, customers, end-users, and operations team.
In this role, the selected candidate will guide and respond to feedback from the accounts by managing and adjusting the assortment of products in ways that drive improvement in financial metrics for both the customer and the company.
In this role, you will be responsible to work with the product and sales teams to develop strategic direction and tactical implementation to support marketing communication initiatives that deliver on business plan objectives.
