In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for associates relations-development, implementation, and compliance of HR policies; work with HR management to ensure positive Associate Relations culture and strategy.
Performing administrative duties such as maintaining personnel files with all required documentation to ensure legal compliance. Supporting the activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll and employee attendance.
This position will be a part of the HR Team responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the businesses.Depending on experience, the selected person will be assigned a specific business. Human Resource experience in manufacturing or call center environments is desirable.
Serves as liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, and internal Information Technology (IT) departments. Provides systems support and analysis to leverage technology solutions.
