In this role, you will serves as liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, and internal Information Technology (IT) departments. Provides systems support and analysis to leverage technology solutions.
The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for partnering with all levels of the organization from multiple sites and business functions. Incumbent will support all aspects of HR including, but not limited to general employee relations, recruiting, engagement, performance management, succession planning,employee/ labor relations, employee and leader development, as well as general HR policy administration.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, you will ensure the data integrity and continuity across all HR Systems including, but not limited to Success Factors; ADP eTime; and Globalview. Review inbound/outbound interfaces by routinely reviewing, loading and/or manipulating data to perform analysis to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data transfers.
In this role, you will develop, document and recommend continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs; maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, agencies and community organizations.
