In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently; provide consultative support to managers and supervisors.
The Human Resources Director serves as a strategic member of the Senior Management Team and is a partner to leaders in the organization to assist in providing solutions in organizational design, change provides, employee and leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Provides managerial support to the Human Resources and Employee Health staff.
