In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Direct and supervise the operations of the Fulfillment Center. Design and implement the facility plan to optimize cost, quality, and safety. Ensure the F.C. staffing and resources provide prompt, accurate, high quality delivery of product.
Manage the financial center operations Provide oversight on all operational activities including transaction accuracy and execution of operational leadership tasks Identify risks, prioritize areas of focus, educate associates on avoiding risks and create action plans Ensure that in the event of a new procedure, product, or operational change, associates are informed and are properly executing the change Track/manage service and operational performance metrics through monitoring of daily activities and reports.
The FCM holds a critical role, ensuring operational excellence of the center and that all aspects of the center run effectively and cohesively; responsible for building client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients and client retention Responsible for the general look, feel and attractiveness of the center, ensuring space is leveraged to accommodate clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervision of therapy center(s); continue to maintain an active patient caseload in conjunction with management responsibilities; responsible for center financial statements including profit and loss performance.
