In this role, the selected candidate will serve as primary product owner for the Accounting and Finance project, ensuring project meets the goals and objectives of the business owner, the agency Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Demonstrates some knowledge of, and/or success in roles involving the project lifecycle, from analysis of front end governance/controls, through mid-project cost and schedule assessments, to back end dispute resolution services.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort; provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business support-related activities.
Review and manage customer quality agreements and other quality system legal documents. Documents may include PO clauses, terms and conditions, business assessments and quality certifications. Facilitate the negotiation, update, exception and termination processes with sales and other internal departments.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Lead to guide the outsourcing support team to understand business requirement, and get agreement on the estimation and functional design, working as liaison between outsourcing support team and business user.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, having experience with Dynamics AX Finance and Trade & Logistics modules, as well as performing analyst duties such requirements gathering, GAAP analysis, training, and user support.
