This role will focus on the complete Digital Marketing Suite of tools and services and how this customer optimizes their usage of Adobe solutions; measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit.

The Regional Sales Manager's (RSM) responsibility will be the development and management of a designated region and the personnel within the region with a goal of maximizing product promotion through customer engagement. This role is responsible for leading, directing and managing activities of designated Key Account Managers (KAMs) within a specific geographical area.
In this role you will be working with top Manufacturing companies and OEMs and distributors across several industry segments to promote and sell motion control products, communicate special programs, present marketing /advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct training and educational seminars.
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
In this role, the candidate will provide management prompt communication on all sale activities and important developments in the sales region (sales reports, competitor information, lost business reports etc..).
