Acts as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
Uses diagnostic tools and/or analyzes and uses vendor specifications to troubleshoot complex computer application problems to maintain or restore service or data to programs, leads the resolution of complex issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements.
Develops the necessary documentation for project storyboards, functional specifications, systems & end-user documentation through a process of meeting with customers and clients, documenting the requirements specified by those clients, and translating those requirements into technical documentation and specifications.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, and WPF; design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.
This position will consult on the development and structure of the CACFP application to insure consistency for future integration of those functions of the CACFP System into the Child Care Integrated System.
