Evaluating needs and requirements for training program development. Identifies the most effective training delivery method. Consults with subject matter experts and management to determine training scope and content.
Work closely with the brand team, sales team, product team, engineering, field support and customers in developing and executing training programs. Responsible for supporting all new product launches with sales, product and technical training.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in developing training content (e.g. user manuals, handouts, slides, exercises, and web based training); ability and flexibility to travel frequently within State of Georgia.
