This position will deploy to France as a C-130J Avionics / Electrical Field Service Engineer (FSE) with a strong working knowledge of the C-130J Ground Maintenance System (GMS) and C-130J Maintenance Management Systems (Data Transfer and Diagnostic System (DTADS), to advise & assist the customer on all matters pertaining to the daily maintenance, inspection, logistics and operation of the C-130 Aircraft and GMS operations. Requires extensive aircraft knowledge of avionics, electrical and instrumentation systems installed on the C-130J platform.

This person will provide telephone support to customers to resolve problems and develop creative solutions to unusual requests. Our customers have come to expect that the Level 2 Technical Support Engineer can discuss and understand complex issues so Rocket Software does not use entry-level help desk agents for this position.
The Regional Sales Manager is a critical, senior level staff position that reports directly to the Regional Vice President. The RSM is responsible for attaining regional bookings and margin goals, providing strategic direction to the sales engineering staff, mentoring sales engineers in their day to day activities, ensuring the sales engineering staff are documenting their activities and providing leadership and direction to the C&E staff with regard to prioritization of activities and resources.
The successful candidate will leverage their medical supply/hospital contacts to drive order intake through core business channels and secure a sales volume of strategic value to achieve and exceed budget.
