Develops and recommends corrective actions as part of Client's overall problem management program.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide systems knowledge/technical expertise to Agile Release Train leadership, to include aiding in sprint planning and preparation, participation in Technical Exchange Meetings, and participation in Agile Scrums.

The Systems Administrator - Cloud Operations will work closely with Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Host Vendors, and Customer Support departments to ensure that customers receive the highest level of quality service from the supplied systems hardware and software.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of applications and/or systems administration, including implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, problem resolution, testing, usage monitoring & the development of systems infrastructure within Corporate IT Infrastructure.
