This role will be accountable to build detailed project plans, implement program and project management standards, routines and tools, provide input to program budgets processes, develop approaches and guidelines for deliverables, monitor project performance and determine actions to address deficiencies.
The right candidate must possess accelerated knowledge, skills and abilities in the Operational Risk Governance process , and have the ability to formulate the operational goverance risk strategies for Consumer Lending while providing independent credible challenge to the business.
This position reports directly to the Project Manager (PM) and will be responsible for creating documentation and correspondence, scheduling calendar items and meetings and establishing and maintaining filing systems. As directed by the PM, this position may work with Outside Plant, Site Acquisition, Planning, Construction and A&E teams. Ideal candidates will be organized and be able to plan and prioritize workload.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop functional area and project specific goals and objectives, plans, assumptions, budgets, schedules, deliverables, milestones, et al. Track and report upon success of each.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program typically consisting of a set of closely related projects or associated activities.
In this role, you will lead customer-focused, data-driven process controls that enable corporate operations, store operations, suppliers, and field managers to meet or exceed mandatory (CPSC, NOM, Health Canada, CCC, EU, etc), voluntary (UL, NSF, WCMA, etc) and company product safety standards.
In this role, you will provides direct interface with customers, subcontractors, jurisdictional authorities and interoffice personnel. Supports customer meetings as necessary which requires in person meetings and travel to client and/or construction sites.
