In this role, you will develops and directs implementation of recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified applicants, evaluates applicant strengths compared to position description and competencies.
In this role, the selected candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment for corporate searches strategy, search briefing, sourcing, screening candidates, collecting and distributing feedback, checking references, extending offers, negotiating/closing and starting pre-hire onboarding process.
In this role, you will manage offeree weekends and summer associate programs. Plan program agenda, manage event logistics, schedule speakers/dinner hosts, assign one-on-one meetings, coordinate pd activities and communications. Coordinate timing of performance evaluations and delivery of final offers.
