In this role, the selected candidate will organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
In this role, you will be maintaining continuous alignment of program or project scope with strategic business goals and possesses advanced skills in finance, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, cross-cultural awareness, and conflict resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
This position is responsible for assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
