Performs analysis of the industry, consumer and competitor information and trends within assigned region; utilizes internal and external sources in order to provide timely, insightful and actionable information to marketing team.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
Plan and execute the direction and administration of all regional office activities, including: fundraising, program delivery, leadership development, communications, government relations, fact-finding/research and office management in order to advance ADLs mission within the assigned region.
Serves as the liaison between enterprise leadership, regional leadership and strategic marketing leading enterprise marketing strategy planning and local market activation. Accountable for regional integration and execution of all enterprise wide marketing plans and implementation of unique regional initiatives.
Collaborate with Regional Director to coach and mentor Sales Leaders on achieving revenue and NOI targets. Include appropriate Community Manager team members whose focus is on the sales process to ensure unified and cohesive sales team in each community.
The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for strategic implementation of marketing programs and supervision of a marketing manager team to drive critical business initiatives, including sales growth; market penetration; customer retention; client acquisition and retention; client value creation; and improved margins and market share within a designated region of Higher Education.
