The Director of SFN and Retail Programs is accountable for the growth, profitability and strategic direction for retail business in the Shaw Flooring Network. This position is responsible for coaching and developing the talented team of Marketing RVPs and Marketing Specialists. The Director of SFN & Marketing Programs must also set the strategy and drive execution of our key marketing programs, Capture the Spirit, Shaw Fibers Co-op, and Synchrony Financial. Strong internal and external communication skills are essential to be successful in this position.

Responsible for the financial performance of projects of considerable magnitude and risk to the Company.Typical projects might include major construction management engagements, design-build projects of national significance, design-build-operate-maintain undertakings, unique and complex.
This role is for a way-maker with the ability to leverage their unique mojo to operationalize the plan in a matrix environment of direct and non-direct reports to develop and deliver against the roadmap.
This responsibility includes the management and coordination of clinical operations through the Health System continuum of care; development of business decisions; coordination and facilitation of marketing, public relations, and financial results.
Manages the execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology. Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.
