In this role, the selected candidate will manage resources and people processes (e.g., Qualit Performance Review [QPR], Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation from order receipt to final delivery, including: subassembly and raw materials purchase, stocking, warehousing, assembly, testing, rework, quality control, delivery, and customer acceptance.
Responsible for day to day operational, financial and personnel performance of assigned domestic outstation. Establishes or implements goals and standards to maintain and control operational standards, service levels, costs, and safety requirements, including security checkpoint and GSC responsibilities.
This individual will work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers championing innovation and new product development; develops and commercializes all new products in to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget delivery.

Responsible for the profitability and productivity of branch service operations through efficient route structuring, callout management, material control, expense control, maintenance repair/test scheduling, and continuous improvement actions.
Simultaneously managing multiple projects through all phases of production including oversight of in house design teams creating industry leading electro-mechanical machinery, subcontractors manufacturing and fabricating custom components, product assembly teams and final product testing engineers before systems ship to client facility.
