Controls project scope, schedule and cost. Ensures that blueprint plan is being followed with each project. Provides thought leadership to the creation of project plans and facilitates workout sessions and key meetings.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage resources and people processes (e.g., Qualit Performance Review [QPR], Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation from order receipt to final delivery, including: subassembly and raw materials purchase, stocking, warehousing, assembly, testing, rework, quality control, delivery, and customer acceptance.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.
Under the general direction of Pharmacy management, develops and continuously improves workflow systems which effectively utilize resources to deliver high quality, cost effective and efficient business processes and services.
Supervision - Supervises the warehouse supervisor to ensure that warehouse resource allocation safely accomplishes the work required to satisfy customer needs. Acts as primary liaison between sales and the warehouse.
Simultaneously managing multiple projects through all phases of production including oversight of in house design teams creating industry leading electro-mechanical machinery, subcontractors manufacturing and fabricating custom components, product assembly teams and final product testing engineers before systems ship to client facility.
