The Operations Support Analyst will provide immediate assistance (by phone) to traders, back office, support personnel and IT staff in an effort to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and minimize the impact of IT related problems.
The Cloud Operations Engineer position is responsible for deploying and supporting a private development cloud (compute, storage, and networking) with an emphasis on OpenStack as well as documenting team operations and provide run books to the Command Center.

In this role, you will be responsible to work with a leader in the financial services industry, supporting applications that include online banking, bill payment, mobile bill payment, check imaging, and voice response (interactive).
In this role, you will provide technical support to customers via phone and email for Tripwire products: answer technical inquiries, diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommend possible solutions, follow issue through to resolution or escalate if research exceeds 30 minutes.
The successful IT Support Engineer will be responsible for utilizing his/her skills to provide assistance to the operations team in resolving technical problems within the Fulfillment Center that cover a multitude of technical disciplines.
