Establish, conduct or respond to health and safety assessments/analyses in plant (e.g., medical surveillance, worker exposure, defining drug/alcohol testing protocol) to minimize health and safety risks.
Manage, analyze and report key performance indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - examine the entire manufacturing process to determine the correct performance measures for the company, change measures and put new ones in place where appropriate.
You will manage and lead maintenance and project work to continuously improve the plant operations; lead capital projects from scope to startup; manage the plant maintenance group; leading periodic equipment installation, inspections; prepare the annual expense budget and monitor expenses monthly; make sure PSM and RMP requirements are followed.
Develop plans and procedures to insure the safety of all employees and visitors of the warehouse. Communicate and monitor progress towards company safety, returns and allowances, and on time shipment and delivery directives.
The shift supervisor reports to this position. Position is responsible for fostering a team focused work environment to achieve plant and company goals and objectives and is also responsible for participating in activities to enhance the growth and development of all manufacturing operations personnel.
This position will be directly responsible for leading and managing all plant operations of this 150 person site. A key focus for this individual will be in driving safety, asset care and reliability, net cost productivity and continually developing the plant staff for future leadership roles.
Establishes and maintains effective contact with state and local regulatory contacts and coordinates inspection and customer environmental tours; ensures continual improvement of productivity standards and worker safety performance in all phases of the operation.
The maintenance manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
Teach, coach and mentor plant leadership and employees at all levels, via their lean manufacturing / continuous improvement implementation strategy for the business, with a focus on deliverable results.
