Proactively plan for project or organizational contingencies and design, recommend, implement, and manage changes under the guidance of senior management; present reports on trends, problems, accomplishments, or other information as appropriate.
In this position you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
The Workforce Planning Manager must demonstrate the ability to combine multiple sources of data, analyze and interpret as to create an overall position statement and to work closely with the Geography leaders, Strategy team, domain leaders, learning and performance, deal support organization and other areas.
Assure the partner engagement programs vision, message, long-term project objectives and milestones, are transparent throughout the organization; manage the go live process for external partners including business readiness, support / service readiness and technical deployment and implementation activities.
