This position will provide support in recruiting, new hire, employee exit, HR systems, and compliance processes for the U.S. Within this scope, the Human Resources Coordinator will support each of the four Field HR Directors.
In this role, you will provide follow-up correspondence to candidates for recruiting status via phone and email. The selected candidate will be tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
In this role, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, testing, hiring, conducting new-employee orientations, monitoring career paths, hearing & resolving employee grievances, counseling, and conducting exit interviews.
