The Security Engineer (SE) will work alongside the Regional Sales Managers, as part of the Global Sales Team and oversee the sales support of Skyhigh Networks products to existing and prospective customers with the assigned geographic region.
Sustain proper communication with internal customers, including price and product feedback on both commercial and technical issues while maintaining effective communication and coordination with field sales engineers.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
Collaborates with the Global Account Manager(s) on strategic and/or large and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
Add value to the customer long-term by becoming a subject matter expert in vertical to be a trusted advisor who understands business value - industry knowledge, competitive landscape, core business model for that vertical.
Work closely with partners to gather requirements and design complex business application and data integration solutions and recommend best practices and consultative approach for implementing integrations using the boomI atomsphere integration platform .
