Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need. Interview and assess candidates using behavioral-based/targeted selection interview questions.
This role will operate as a liason between both internal and external recruiters, as well as the business. The Business Partner, will view and approve resumes before shared with various hiring teams. The Business Partner will also, determine hiring teams needs and possible concerns, and be able to remove the barriers/roadblocks. Ensuring internal customer service is key.
