The Diagnostics Engineer/Project Manager will take on the responsibility of managing the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work.
Responsible for leading the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for various water transmission/distribution and wastewater collection projects.
Manages the preparation of plans and specifications for land development projects. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry. Manages, organizes, and oversees civil designs and details to produce a complete set of drawings.
Manage projects to ensure that the projects remain within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality; act as the liaison between the customer and other parties contributing to the project, including other affiliate offices, and external contractors alike.
The key function of the Project Manager or Project Engineer is to support clients with project requirement definitions, project planning, and project installation and implementation. Keep in mind that we are willing to hire a mid level Project Manager, or a less experienced Project Engineer.
