Responsible for planning and implementing programs and events which provide socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities, educational and recreational programs, as well as spiritual life support based on the needs and preferences of the residents.

The OncFMD will, primarily, be responsible for providing information on Pfizers oncology products to oncologists and other healthcare professionals supporting patient care as determined by Pfizer US Oncology leadership in Medical Engagement and Medical Affairs.
Provide advanced financial analysis, business support and consulting services to operating unit heads and senior staff as needed or requested in areas related to performance, economic analysis/outlook, etc.
Coordinate and facilitates the timely and accurate completion of both the RAI and Care Management process from admission to discharge in accordance to Company P&Ps, MPGs, State and Federal guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
The director identifies and remedies opportunities through continuous data collection and employee involvement and works with Senior Management and other Directors in meeting facility goals, particularly as they pertain to education, training and development.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including achievement of product / solution sales goals for assigned territories and/or accounts.
The DIRECTOR OF NURSING plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
