In this role, the selected candidate will direct the business by providing guidance in the use of best practice in the areas of recruiting, resourcing, reward, development and employee relations; coaching and developing managers in dealing with key people management issues while offering expert legal, generalist and best practice HR advice as required.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and facilitate the implementation of talent-related strategies including workforce planning, onboarding, training and leadership development, performance management, talent review/succession planning, employee relations, engagement/retention, HR analytics and HR compliance.
In this role, you will develop and implement HR priorities in alignment with the business and NA Human Resources Strategic Plan to ensure appropriate focus on enabling the business to achieve top level performance in all areas.
In this role, you will serve as a resource to Regional Leadership to answer questions relative to all people-related strategies, tools, and processes. The selected candidate will consult and provides recommendation to Regional Operator Leadership to optimize the National People Strategy.
