This position will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and resource for the Card Services line of business. Should have technical and procedural applications of the customer operations call center, managing all activities associates with customer operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems and the flow of information, and establishing and implementing performance/service standards to ensure productivity meet or exceed service and quality standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform data backups and disaster recovery operations; plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for weekly and month-end billing and any billing-related questions from customers; learn and understand Standard Operating Procedures for all account-related activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading overall office activities, directing and coordinating office (essentially non-manufacturing) staff, and participation in related corporate projects.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an extensive knowledge and experience of ITSM Processes and their Implementation; must have comprehensive understanding of Gold Standard Framework and Project Management Framework; must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing account profit and loss statement.
