The person in this role is responsible for the management and compliance of the health, life, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability insurance and other fringe benefits plans.
This person will oversee all compensation programs and activities while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness for 900 domestic non union employees. Monitors and maintains compliance with all federal, state and local requirements of the compensation function aligned with all organization policies and procedures. H/She will administer the annual salary compensation program and performance management processes and procedures and act as a collaborative compensation consultant supporting leaders across the organization.
In this role, you will develops, recommends and implements new plans and policies and supervises the administration of existing plans. This position ensures the benefits programs enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees.
The Benefits & Payroll Manager role is a very hands-on position for a for dynamic person who can embrace, manage, and create change in a fast paced environment; implement and administer employee benefits programs such as medical/major medical, vision and dental plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, distributions, loans are processed appropriately and timely.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee Health & Welfare and Retirement benefit plans which may include medical, dental, life, leave, wellness programs, pretax spending accounts, pension and 401(k).
