In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives with targeted brokers in a specified geographic area. Partners with Regional Market Manager (RMM) to develop and implement local market sales strategies to achieve sales plan and sales growth objectives, and for achieving persistency and profitability targets.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an expertise and knowledge of integrated sales performance software systems; sales quota planning and management, sales performance management and sales performance analytics.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to ensure injured parties receive appropriate treatment directly related to the compensable injury or assist claim handlers in managing medical treatment to an appropriate resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess and analyze an injured employee's medical and vocational status; develop a plan of care to facilitate the patient's appropriate and timely return to work.
