Responsible for both strategy and oversight of the administration of our health and welfare programs including medical, Rx and stop loss; dental; vision; life & disability, FMLA administration; FSA; COBRA; open enrollment; eligibility.
Lead and manage the administration of U.S. employee benefit plans. Plans include but are not limited to: medical, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k) and other benefit programs.
Act as the primary day to day point of contact for H&B LOB (NA), communicate effectively with marketing and business stakeholders, provide strategic marketing advice, lead on planning discussions and take responsibility for the effective delivery of agreed plans.
The right individual will provide exceptional customer service to all Firm employees and develop productive working relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, third-party administrators, the firms Benefits Committee, Senior Firm Leadership and Executive Committee.
