The Packaging Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for the sale of all packaging equipment within an assigned geography. They assess processes, product quality, and environmental factors to develop automation solutions that increase customer productivity and improve total cost. They support a team of field sellers through product training, customer sales calls, needs analysis, and proposal creation/presentation.
In this role, you will work under the general direction of sales support management coordinating design, development and administration of sales collateral, sales presentations, and other sales material.
In this role, you will develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the ep lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
In this role, you will work with the leadership team and key clinical staff to develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and expand presence in key referring segments, e.g. physicians, discharge planners, managed care providers, facility staff, community service providers, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will document system design logic and sequences; publish operation manual for end user support; ensure all design and upgrade activities are executed within service level agreements.
The position is to assist sellers with the technical aspects of selling the product portfolio, work with the sales team to qualify opportunities, propose solutions and demonstrate the value of the company products.
