In this role, you will manages all aspects of the Financial Audit area of the Internal Audit department including coordination with the Financial Controls Group on Sarbanes-Oxley testing activities, execution of any financial related Internal Audit projects and coordination with external auditor on Direct Assistance procedures.
In this role, you will build and strengthen direct relationships with key technology, business and audit executives in order to update periodic risk assessments, identify audit opportunities, define appropriate audit scopes, and execute audit delivery.
In this role, the successful candidate will perform audits of system implementations, information/cyber security, disaster recovery, technology governance, IT General Controls, tests of automated SOX controls, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead complex internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, efficiency of operations, and compliance with governmental regulation.
In this role, the selected candidate communicates with client and Assurance any issues identified in tax accrual reviews; plans and reviews the tax process and the procedures to be performed to include: Budgeting and staffing.
In this role, you will include advising the client on various economic and regulatory risks within their industry, resolving complex accounting issues, apply gaap and gaas consistently within complex situations, writing technical consultation memos on gaap / gaas issues, and documenting, validating, testing and assessing various financial reporting control systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of audit responsibility. S/he will act as a resource to applicable internal stakeholders & business areas on quality issues as well as develop quality goals & scorecards aligned to business goals.
The IT Internal Audit Project Manager III leads and directs one or more large projects or projects within the IT Risk & Internal Audit portfolio as defined by the IT Services project management methodology, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. In addition to duties of a Project Manager II, the Project Manager III interfaces with all key stakeholders affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors.
