In this role, the selected candidate works with Operations manager to oversee the daily operations and training of the Insurance Collection department, maintaining quality assurance, ensuring all clients' goal return percentages are met. Manages a staff of approximately 30 medical collectors & 3 team leads.
In this role, the selected candidate trains specialty store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to specialty products and sales training materials; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager; developing and implementing new product training.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and track manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including leading problem solving for negative trends or goals not met; assist with generation and report out of weekly/monthly reports with targets.
The major purpose of this position is to assist the CRM department in tasks involved with the inbound and outbound flow of our goods between the point of origin and the point of destination while meeting the requirements of our customers and company.
