The Primary Care Nurse (PCN) will work as a collaborative member of a cottage nursing team and provide/supervise resident care for a specific group of residents, to include administering medications/treatments, assisting with care/interventions, life engagement, supervision of team members, monitoring implementation of the care plan, and coordinating referrals to other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, families and physicians.

In this role, the selected candidate must have experience including all phases of operating room technique such as preparing operating room units, preparing patients for surgery, and assisting medical officer during surgery; and conducting instrument and equipment sterilization procedures.
