In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely distribution of products through specific assignments involving route restructuring, consolidation, splits, divisions, or other means, designed to maximize volumes while limiting expense exposure. Recruit quality contractors and ensure that verification programs are in place and audit goals for the assigned area are met or exceeded.
In this role, the selected candidate will organize and plan territory for efficient and productive coverage by own initiatives as well as by utilization of company's sales related business tools; routinely spend a significant amount of time selling and servicing in the operating room during procedures; typically calls upon customers in the acute care setting.
The Retail Regional Manager is responsible for supporting the overall performance and environment of retail branches within an assigned region. This position leads and directs branch management teams in achieving profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives.
The primary responsibility is to motivate and proactively assist the Sales Representatives within the District branches in meeting and exceeding their equipment rental, sales and total revenue and profitability goals, with a focus on generating profitable revenue for the assigned area.
In this role, the selected candidate will formulate and implement long and short-term strategic sales plans for existing and potential accounts within the Florida territory. Will develop and maintain business at national or regional Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) contractors and distributors with headquarters in assigned territory coordinates activity in other regions with peers.
