Service managers are members of the shop management team, collaborating with the store manager to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. Estimate building, work flow and time management are key roles of this position.
In this role, you will be delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day - to - day account management of an assigned group of commercial insurance middle market accounts within a Branch.
In this role, you will develop other services based on community needs. Assumes oversight responsibility for the home health program to ensure that all activities which support regulatory compliance, monitoring evaluation and performance improvement are carried out.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will support account teams in the pursuit of organic growth opportunities, perform and support transition activities and be responsible for managing ongoing steady state support, enhancements and new development.
