This Sr. Analyst has responsibility for data, reporting, metrics, and analytics within a designated business group at the company. This role will compile and analyze data to provide decision support to help drive the business on topics such as operations, cash flow, headcount, workforce planning, development, engagement, cost management, and retention.
Provide project planning, analysis, direction, communication and ongoing support for the annual review process, including the projection and administration of market based range adjustments, merit increases and annual incentive payments.
Receives objectives and applies judgment to determine approach to achieving desired results. Serves as a client advocate participating or leading in the implementation of tactical plans in support of strategic initiatives.
