You will manage existing accounts and revenue (farming as we like to call it) 75% of the time and develop new business opportunities (hunt) 25% of the time. You will meet (and hopefully exceed) individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers, while also retaining our current customers.
Develop and execute Advanced Solutions sales strategy for the assigned territory and corporate account assignments and align plans for key accounts with other Account Managers that are linked to the organizations market objectives and strategies.
Provide leadership to stations local sales efforts by giving direction, training, coaching and feedback to sales our team. Coaching Account Executives in prospecting, developing, closing and maintaining direct and new business, as well as local agency business, to assure established sales goals are met.
In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
