In this role, the selected candidate will work with Plant Process Control Coordination Role to ensure process control is optimized in the facility; Implements best practices in order to optimize operations.
This position will be actively designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining essential equipment used to monitor and control machinery and processes including information systems on the process control network, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and improve aluminum joining methods, including fusion welding, Friction Stir Welding (FSW), and EMPT; develop and improve protocols for the use of adhesives and mechanical fasteners in aluminum joining.
As the Process Engineer you will provide process engineering support to new products being introduced to the site and you will manage trial runs. You will also debottlenecking and optimize existing processes while looking for long term opportunities to improve the process.
In this role, you will maintain a daily log of operations and maintenance and report all equipment malfunctions to Management; perform general maintenance and repairs, as assigned throughout common areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and observe contract employees, process analysis, and oversee capital projects; System modifications, change controls, electrical controls, electrical design, and AC/DC.
The Product/ Process Engineer will analyze and evaluate the structure of various metals. The Product/ Process Engineer will also develop, document and implement new production procedures and protocols for the plant.
The M&P Engineer will provide technical support for materials and processes as a member of the Program Team. This position will involve being the responsible engineer for maintenance, update and modification of military airframe structures.
