In this role, you will develops and implements service/departmental-based priorities that support the organization's strategic plan and continually improve performance as measured by department statistics and trends, benchmarks, and initiatives.
The Director Communications oversees the development and execution of organization-wide communication strategies and develops an effective transfer of information to various audiences (both internal and external).
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state compliance requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and other employee services.
Attends property executive management meetings as required and ensures that objectives of the compliance program are communicated to members of the executive team. Follows up on all issues of non-compliance with the appropriate team leader and communicates results to the property general manager.
Manage qualified Revenue Cycle Management ( RCM ), Patient Centered Service ( PCS ) prospects through the defined sales cycle through to closure and turnover to implementation with appropriate Sales Executive or Account Executive.
Conducts personal interviews to qualify candidates, present features and benefits of the program offerings and prepare the student to start in the next available class, or in accordance with the student's schedule.
Oversee the study, creation and implementation of structures and algorithms to improve understanding and management of health plan information; interface with internal/external customers, including State Agencies, on all issues related to data.
The Pharmacy Director is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all clinical, financial, operational, and professional activities of the department. This position is also responsible for preparing and submitting annual budget, developing policies, procedures, and processes that ensure the pharmacy department provides optimal pharmaceutical services and meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements.
