The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of all Field Service projects for the revamp and installation of Dresser-Rand (D-R) overhaul and non-nameplate equipment.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with ESCO Nephrology Practice Partners, local FMS Operations and FHP staff to coordinate and manage the ESCO programs, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and that project timelines are completed.
Help practice leaders understand overall capacity/demand for appointments and visit patterns by practice and assist the Practices in implementing process improvements to increase same day visits and reduce no show rates .
Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
Complete safety and reliability trainer training and deliver onsite training. Provide regular project status briefings, including reporting on past and planned activities, identified risks, and mitigation plans.
At least 8 years of experience with estimating testing efforts, managing testing teams, defining the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development life cycle.
Deliver cloud migration strategies leveraging mass migration technology and methodologies for hosted, or outsourced, architectures with full understanding of the underlying infrastructure services and technologies.
