This position is responsible for the initiation, preparation and closing of work packets that support the construction and maintenance work activities performed by Gas Field Operations at the local District level.

In this role, you will provide leadership by ensuring support to manufacturing in the areas of communication, teamwork, and product quality concerns. Ensures that all IPI's and MQT's are adequately trained and aware of all procedural changes. Oversees the ongoing development of the staff, delivering performance feedback on a regular basis.
Lead the QC team to optimal performance in terms of inspections, documentation, SOPs, and reporting. Track and measure relevant metrics. Resolve quality issues in manufacturing and with customers, including root cause analysis and control plans to assure consistent implementation of solutions. Collaborate with the broader quality and engineering teams to drive process improvement projects.
You will attend production schedule meetings and interface with Program Managers/Integrated Product Team Leads for multiple programs in order to maintain overall visibility of the organization's support requirements.
The RN Supervisor functions as a program nurse within congregate care programs. In addition, the RN Supervisor oversees and supervises the nursing staff in other congregate care programs, as well as the overall medication administration program and serves as the primary medical liaison with the DCF Central Office Medical Unit.

Responsible for the management of union field engineering personnel whos duties include equipment, relaying, protection & controls, transmission and distribution substation equipment, distribution field equipment, maintenance.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that reporting personnel have 3P forms with annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities, and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process.
