In this role, the selected candidate will be working in collaboration with a medical directing physician, and under established standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology, the successful candidates will provide anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, planning, monitoring, and intervention for a patient population which includes seriously or critically ill cardiac, medical and surgical patients of various ages, as well as intermediate PCU level of care depending on the census.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate appropriate care, encompassing various healthcare personnel (such as Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides and external providers).
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating the appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission to VITAS and provides a continuously appropriate, comprehensive and responsive plan of care.
In this role, you will provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients; administer on-going care and case management for each patient, provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager.
