The Senior Reporting Analyst is a key member of the FP&A team who will partner with the business to create and analyze monthly operating results to produce written variance explanations which drive change.
Coordinates the report needs with the Accounting department to ensure general ledger reporting capabilities provide the necessary data; stays abreast of federal and state regulations to ensure reports are filed in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
The candidate will be an integral part of the Home Office claim investigation team, working directly with and assisting our bond claim handlers in the review and evaluation of claim matters involving difficult and complex accounting and financial issues.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and communicate with Webster Bank's Lines of Business (LOB) to provide guidance with compliance laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations.
Develops, prepares, analyzes, and distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports; interfaces with management to develop recommendations regarding business planning, operating forecasts, and financial plans.
Developing, interpreting and implementing annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts, providing ROI analysis, developing and managing financial reporting as well as reviewing general ledger activity.
