A minimum of 4 years experience within the hospital, specialty pharma or Biotech market place successfully selling specialized products to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals (i.e.; hematologists, OB/GYN, neurologists, immunologists, etc) is required.
Sell both equipment and disposables and, you will maintain ongoing relationships with your hospitals; across the US, there not a single institution that has not come back to add more and more of these units.
This field position involves being on the road every day, setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing business conversations on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.
The Striker Account Representative is primarily responsible for developing and fostering long-term relationships with key physicians, key thought leaders and other applicable customers, operationalizing key customer accounts in support of appropriate product usage, and supplementing coverage in high volume markets.
Work closely with regional extended sales team, service team, product specialists, and business units in order to promote a high level of customer service; provide local support for planned customer events throughout the year.
This position requires the ability to sell and promote our products and services. Job duties will include selling our products and services to new customers, generating new business, cold calling, presenting and demonstrating our products and services, and working with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop a strong, working technical knowledge of entire Imaging product portfolio, scientific applications involved and end markets;present and defend price, credit, and T&Cs in accordance with standard procedures.
Plan sales and gross profit activities on an ongoing basis. Develop yearly objectives for each of your key accounts to include action plans based on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to place us in the preferred position.
