In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective cross functional relationships and interactions with other internal departments such as Pre - Sales, Channels, Sales Operations, Product House and Customer Support to name a few.
This position requires general knowledge of immunology and proteomics and their implications to scientific research and discovery efforts of hospitals, universities, biopharmaceutical entities, government research facilities, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, prospect, and engage new customers; manage current customer relationships and proactively sell new systems or upgrades to current systems, prepare product comparisons and meet with customers to identify ideal solutions to their needs.
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for the growth of sales and the development of independent distributors. The TSR will communicate sales, stale and service targets and merchandising objectives to assigned independent distributors as well as support Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) at regularly scheduled workshop meetings to improve operational expertise of the independent distributor.
In this role, the selected candidate must have strong knowledge of the AMI sales process and policies (e.g., accruals, credit, expenses, rewards; work closely with supply center and corporate resource to have them enter & fulfill orders.
In this role, you will effectively handle phone calls, emails, web and fax transactions to ensure customer/consumer satisfaction by supporting stanley black & deckers key performance indicators (kpis).
