This position requires general knowledge of immunology and proteomics and their implications to scientific research and discovery efforts of hospitals, universities, biopharmaceutical entities, government research facilities, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will build strong relationships with key surgeons, primary care physicians, pharmacists and related office personnel in the given region, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
In this role, the selected candidate develops tactical sales plan designed to achieve annual objectives. These objectives to include the capture of market share, new agency appointments, & revenue growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, prospect, and engage new customers; manage current customer relationships and proactively sell new systems or upgrades to current systems, prepare product comparisons and meet with customers to identify ideal solutions to their needs.
In this role, you will effectively handle phone calls, emails, web and fax transactions to ensure customer/consumer satisfaction by supporting stanley black & deckers key performance indicators (kpis).
