The Packet Review / Quality Improvement ( PR / QI ) position is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for the review and approval of all patient information that is provided by the Licensed Professional during a Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, or Evaluation visit.
In this role, the selected candidate will approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes in the absence on the Clinical Manager ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures for documenting time of work hours for staff members on assigned shift.
In this role, the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse (PACU RN) will be responsible for effectively delivering perioperative care to the surgical patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
In this role, the selected candidate will operates within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates aspects of patient care to licensed and unlicensed staff consistent with their scope of practice.
The Registered Nurses are responsible for providing IV nursing care in the home or ambulatory setting, performing in-hospital discharge assessments and occasional IV hook-ups, teaching patients about their home infusion therapy, and providing ongoing monitoring of their treatment.
Perform appropriate documentation to maintain the standards set by the Agency or Fiscal intermediary including timely recording of evaluation data, interventions, and client's response to interventions.
