The Manager, Quality Assurance, is responsible for providing professional expertise and leadership in the Quality function. The Manager is responsible, along with the Head of Quality Assurance, for ensuring that all manufactured materials are in accordance with the Companys quality assurance program and quality/reliability standards to satisfy cGMP regulatory requirements and customer specifications and expectations.
As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice & Quality Assurance, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement.
This person develops and maintains the Plant Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO certification, analyzes quality data feedback from customers and manufacturing to ensure product quality integrity is maximized by plant resources, interfaces with New Product Development on new projects/products targeted for production, works with suppliers on quality related issues, and warehouses/distributors on finished goods quality issues.
As a Quality Manager- you will be the regional representative of a Global Quality Organization. You will also lead and support the technology and logistic platform actions in order to ensure quality standards compliance, product quality objectives and process improvements.
Proven track record in high rate manufacturing environments of leading the quality efforts for major businesses/corporations, with demonstrated tangible improved results that positively impacted business efficiencies and costs.
