The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
In this role, the selected candidate will be accountable for developing and achieving maximum sales for core products and accessories, and for growing brand awareness and image in the residential home building market.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Monitors the success of each Turf dealer in assigned territory to assure vehicles are being promoted effectively, to assist dealers in developing sales and promotional plans to assure utility vehicle unit objectives are met.
The Account Manager will be required to be knowledgeable regarding the plan provisions and workflows of each of their clients and be able to handle routine compliance and document questions from clients and advisors.
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention; this will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
Communicate and present Applied Materials product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customers technology needs to product business group representatives.
In this role, the selected candidate defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
