This position works directly on the Production floor and interfaces directly with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Production Control, Quality, and Accounting to implement the divisions technical objectives as they apply to the manufacturing operation.
Act as the gate keeper for process standardization and maintenance of best practices. Ensure processes yield product which meets cost and quality expectations, with reliability and consistency. Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers and support any organizational manufacturing activities.
The selected candidates primary responsibility is to support ongoing efforts to expand and improve manufacturing capacities and capabilities within assigned areas of Assembly Manufacturing and Engineering departments.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can constructively work with all company disciplines and functions including electrical, optical, software, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
Important attributes include the ability to apply creative solutions to challenging mechanical problems along with designing and building benchtop size prototype hardware with the ability to scale to larger fieldable sizes.
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of production methods, equipment, tooling and processes in order to manufacture the highest quality parts for some the finest firearms in the world.
Responsible for designing opto-mechanical components, assembly and test fixtures for high power semiconductor laser arrays. Will be actively involved in fabrication, testing, and manufacturing support.
The successful candidate will have interest in the field of sanitary wastewater engineering, and have an in-depth understanding of the engineering concepts associated with wastewater conveyance, pumping, and treatment, and a working knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls engineering related to wastewater systems.
