You will need to have the experience and passion for the aesthetics business and know how to successfully identify potential customer needs be they outcomes or ROI. You are known for your ability to engage everyone in the business from physicians, aestheticians and office managers.
Ensure you are on track to target revenues with regards to funnel accuracy and health. Funnel should be 6 X for opportunities forecasted to close within 6 months, 10 X for opportunities to close within 12 months.
This position requires the ability to sell and promote our products and services. Job duties will include selling our products and services to new customers, generating new business, cold calling, presenting and demonstrating our products and services, and working with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Successful outside sales background. Prefer candidates coming from a Fortune 1 company (i.e. ADP; Paychex; Cintas; Ricoh) or a company with a solid sales training program (i.e. Xerox agencies; Enterprise Rent-A-Car).
This fast-paced role will be responsible for maintaining effective customer relationships, learning the customers business and requirements and ensuring they are match with appropriate products and service offerings.
Selling Auto, Home, Life and other insurance and annuity products to individuals within an assigned territory using consultative sales techniques; identifying prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business.
